Candice Bradley

Candice Bradley is a quantitative anthropologist, teaching courses in the data sciences. She received a Ph.D. in social science from UC Irvine, which has produced the most quantitative anthropologists in the US. She studied women’s empowerment and fertility in Africa and has done research in Kenya and Zimbabwe. Bradley’s underlying interest is in research methods and data analysis, which has led her to the study of data visualization.

Dekker Dreyer

Dekker is a writer, director and artist working on the bleeding edge of technology and storytelling. As chief creative officer of immersive studio Clever Fox, his oversight on brand experiences with Star Wars, Bose, Warner Bros Records and Disney has made him a go-to expert in VR.

He directed and co-directed the first two VR documentaries from Participant Media (An Inconvenient Truth, The Help, Spotlight) as well as the first VR concert film at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. He’s the creator of the original VR series The Depths and the immersive film series Electric Sheep. He is the host of the VR Talk Show The Future is Virtual from Embolden Media.

After two decades in media Dekker continues to be a leading industry speaker, essayist, festival juror and commentator.

Kevin Henry

Kevin Henry is an award-winning product designer, Associate Professor at Columbia College Chicago and the author of Drawing for Product Designers. As Kevin transitioned in his career from the designing physical products to designing ephemeral learning experiences, he used the methods of design thinking to create and assess everything from early product definition to deeper empathy for the end-user, concept ideation, prototyping and final presentation or pitch.

In addition to researching and writing about the current state of design visualization, Kevin also designs learning experiences that are optimized for mobile devices. He is currently working on a series of interactive books designed for the iPad for the learning company The Fourth Teacher L.L.C., which he founded in 2017.

Gordon Meyer is a Blockchain Marketing and Branding Consultant with 20+ years’ experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Gordon specializes in disruptive companies with an expertise in immersive technology. Gordon was previously the VP of Marketing for Lampix, the first hardware and software solution that turns any surface into a smart augmented reality surface, as well as the VP of Marketing for the PIX token, an ERC-20 crypto token for the exchange of machine learning training data.

Gordon has worked in virtual reality as Head of Marketing for YouVisit, an immersive technology and services company with clients across education, travel, brand marketing and digital agencies. Gordon has been featured on NPR’s All Tech Considered, as well as publications such as INC Magazine, Chicago Tribune, Skift and Brandchannel among others. In 2018, Gordon was named one of the “30 people to watch in Augmented Reality” by Next Reality News who said, “Gordon Meyer gradually became one of the loudest and most high profile voices pushing AR forward, far away from Silicon Valley on the East Coast.”
